Controller and contact
Silvan Seisun, trading as Seisun Coaching, is responsible for the personal data used to provide programs and respond to enquiries. Contact: silvanseisun2008@gmail.com. Geographical address: 103, Rinella Street, Kalkara, Malta.
Information we receive
Program delivery uses the Google account email entered at checkout, purchase/session references, purchased products, payment status, delivery times and the identifiers of the copies created. Checkout may also collect name, contact email, billing location and tax information. Stripe/Link handles payment information; this website does not collect full card numbers. We may receive information you include in support or coaching emails.
How we use information
We use order and Google account details to provide access, send delivery messages, resolve problems and prevent duplicate deliveries. This processing is necessary to fulfil the purchase or take requested steps before a contract. Security and proportionate anti-sharing investigations rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Records needed to meet tax or accounting duties rely on legal obligations. No marketing mailing list is configured in the current website.
Google Sheets and your training records
Copies remain in the provider-controlled Drive account and are shared with the nominated Google account. The provider can technically access information you enter into those copies. The delivery script does not read your training entries for analysis. Avoid entering medical diagnoses or other sensitive information. Any future personalised coaching or health-data collection requires separate information and an appropriate legal basis.
Providers and recipients
Google Drive, Sheets, Apps Script and Gmail support storage, access and delivery through a personal Google account. Google processes information under its applicable consumer-service terms and privacy policy. Stripe/Link handles checkout and merchant-of-record transactions under its own privacy notices and responsibilities. ChatGPT Sites hosts this website and may process visitor and security information under its applicable terms. An authorised accountant or adviser may receive records where necessary. We do not sell customer personal data.
International processing
Google, Stripe and the website hosting provider may process information outside Malta or the EEA. Their privacy notices explain their processing locations and international transfer arrangements. Google’s published transfer information is available at policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your data. This notice does not imply that all information stays within the EU or that a Google Workspace business agreement applies to this personal account.
Retention
Delivered program copies and access details are retained to provide at least 12 months of hosted access from purchase and resolve related issues. Independent copies in your own Google Drive and downloads remain under your control. Enquiries and support messages are retained while the matter or customer relationship remains active and while needed to establish or defend related claims; records no longer needed for those purposes are deleted. Financial and dispute records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and limitation rules. These criteria may require some records to remain after a deletion request. To request deletion, email silvanseisun2008@gmail.com. Deleting a hosted program copy removes access to that copy; support will explain this before carrying out a request. Your own copies are not deleted by us.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records may need to remain for legal duties. Send requests to the contact email. You can complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner at https://idpc.org.mt or your competent supervisory authority.
Website forms, cookies and security
The coaching form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not submit the form to a website database. Sending that email provides its contents to Seisun Coaching. The site’s own code sets no cookies, uses no browser storage and adds no advertising trackers or analytics. Fonts and images are served from this website. The hosting provider may process technical request and security information. External Google and Stripe/Link pages have their own cookie and privacy notices. Access to program copies is restricted and delivery credentials are kept outside website source. See the Cookie Notice for more information.
Required information and automated processing
A valid Google account email is needed for program access. Incorrect details can delay delivery. Program delivery is automated, but there is no automated assessment of your fitness or training performance in the current setup. Requests, errors and disputes can be reviewed by the provider.
